Cedar Wisely is the unique collaboration between two saxophonists who love playing and creating music together. Chris Clark’s debut is a compelling blend of modern jazz styles. He’s joined by virtuosos Peter Epstein, David Ake, Zack Teran and Jesus Vega. Clark’s compositions draw from contemporary edge, chamber elements and a rich lyricism to form a spectrum of moods ranging from raucous to bittersweet.
